Land and Lot Banking

Wilbow's expansion into land banking provides an opportunity for homebuilders to focus capital deployment on new home construction instead of land holdings. In an effort to partner with homebuilders, Wilbow looks to the strength of the underlying submarket and is open to land banking opportunities in the $10-35MM range with a maximum hold period of four years, and lot banking opportunities in the $3.5-10MM range with an outside term of three years.
