Developing a Diverse Portfolio
Experience is a priceless asset. It is even more valuable when earned across different projects of different character and size — diversity is a better teacher than repetition. In this regard, Wilbow has experience in conceiving and developing communities for a wide variety of for sale housing throughout the Metroplex.
We have completed and sold over 4,500 homesites since 1988, always with a disciplined approach to quality rather than quantity. As the marketplace and region have become more populous, we’ve adapted, identifying smaller infill parcels that have become boutique developments and satisfied a strong demand within niche markets. Several of these are serving the demand for close-in locations to the Metroplex’s urban centers.
- Since our inception we have amassed a diverse portfolio of more than 60 suburban and urban communities in cities including Flower Mound, Southlake, Colleyville, Prosper, McKinney, Carrollton, Fort Worth and Dallas.
- We are currently developing our final section, The Arbors, in Fairway Ranch in Roanoke; the second phase of Windhaven Crossing in Lewisville; The Knolls at Solana in Westlake, a gated, million-dollar, custom home community; Meridian at Southgate in vibrant central McKinney; and the largest new residential infill project in greater Dallas, Riverset in Garland.
- We are now developing our first community in the greater Houston area, Bergamo Vista in Katy.
