We believe, and have consistently proven, that the Wilbow business model is superior to the standard residential land development business model because of its intense focus on reducing risk. The two primary “de-risking” efforts include:
Minimizing economic cycle risk through investments that are generally of shorter duration — less than five to seven years — than the typical economic cycle peak period

The company’s business model is driven by location and market research, not speculative risk. While Wilbow has a successful track record of developing large greenfield tracts of suburban land, it is also well regarded for identifying and developing smaller urban infill parcels into successful communities. Ours is a global perspective informed by a local-market sensibility. Through this lens, we then focus our own understanding of the nuances of our market to tailor a unique vision for each new offering.

We are attentive students of our markets, and we do our homework. We conduct focus groups with top REALTORS® to identify the most current wants, needs and tastes of the consumer. We study national trends and local tastes. We consult with peers and engage architects, manufacturers and the trades — we are always watching and listening.
