Oakleigh was conceived as a private enclave of high-quality, custom-built homes in northwest Colleyville. As it was one of the few remaining larger undeveloped tracts in the city, it provided a last opportunity to secure a custom homesite in a planned community such as Oakleigh. The community was designed by the respected Sage Group and features meandering streets and lush landscaping in the entrance park on Bransford Road. The gates sit discretely back from Bransford, as one would expect of a private estate. Residents enjoy coming home under the canopy of ancient native oaks and decorative street lighting. A central park preserves a bosque of native oaks and have a winding sidewalk and community mailboxes where you can walk the pooch and see your neighbors.

Dues are estimated to be approximately $275.00 per month to set up a reserve and maintain these improvements and pay for maintenance and utility bills for irrigation and electricity for the improvements. The community will be professionally managed.
