Stoneleigh Place

Highlights

This small infill site had been overlooked for years until Wilbow saw its potential for townhomes as a logical buffer from neighboring single family homes and apartments. The site had Jeans Creek running through it, so a hike and bike trail was extended along the creek to provide recreation and mobility. Pulte Homes constructed the townhomes. Homes were rear entry so an expansive lawn and front doors face the existing neighbors to the south, and cars are hidden from view. Some buildings face interior green courts rather than streets. The project provided a housing choice not available in the area.
