This was a very special 30-home lifestyle custom infill community that blended seamlessly with Bloomfield at Hidden Lakes. The community took an unused tract and provided a lifestyle home not available in this area. Homebuilders for this project were Innovation Builders and Providential Custom Homes.

  • Bloomfield neighborhood amenities included swimming pools, club houses, soccer fields and hike and bike trails.

The homes were designed to fit 8,400-square-foot lots and were built by a collection of local custom homebuilders. All the homes employed a Mediterranean-themed architecture and extensive outdoor covered and courtyard living with every convenience.
