Fairway Ranch Architect Wins American Institute of Architects (AIA) of Dallas Award

Our amenity center building at Fairway Ranch was the subject of a prestigious design award by the American Institute of Architects. Robert Meckfessel, FAIA of the firm DSGN Associates, was the recipient of the AIA Award He designed the Amenity Center to honor the legacy of rural ranch buildings with its elegantly simple gable metal roof and open steel superstructure.
